Roman Bridge & Waterfall, Glen
Lyon, Scotland: Glen Lyon is known as the longest,
loneliest and loveliest glen in Scotland. The Glen is a cul-de-sac, which saved
it from becoming a major through route in centuries past or over-popular with
tourists today. The Roman Bridge is not among Britain most spectacular Roman
remains, but is an interesting reminder of how far north the Romans ventured.
